Our office signed up the first day that EXIT Online University was available.

We have 11 agents (a mixture of experienced and new) in our office and we just turned 7 months old. Our agents are doing the training and they love it. Several of our experienced agents didn't have this good of training from their previous company. Our agents can do it during the day, evenings or weekends. That is the beauty of it. No more taking a day off and traveling for a training course, now they have it at their fingertips.

From a Broker / Owner standpoint I can keep up with the agents and see how they are progressing and also see the area that they are weak in. In knowing that, I do some additional training in that area during our weekly sales meetings. Most of the companies in our vicinity don't do much training with their agents and I vowed when I opened the office that I would have the best trained agents in the area. Now with EXIT Online University my goal is being met!!!

I am also using it as a recruiting tool. Being able to send the message of EXIT and an example of the training to agents with other companies is fantastic! As a broker there isn't a better way to show them how "WE" at EXIT would train them and invest in their future!!
